I have seen this deal advertised on several other blogs and I decided to check our Target since usually the same deals I see are not happening at our store. Well, guess what, it is!!
You have to look for them in the air freshener/candle isle. They were on an end-cap to the side of the isle. The are priced at $2.99 and with the coupons available you can actually get them for FREE! I'm planning on using them as Teacher Gifts for the Holidays.
